Contact, training and booking requests

We use the contact details and content you provide to reply and follow up on your request. Training and booking requests may also include the organisation you represent, participant numbers, the resource and requested dates. Required fields are necessary to process the request; without them, the form cannot be submitted. Do not enter pupils’ names, health data or other sensitive information in free-text fields.

Steps towards a service you request on your own behalf are based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request. General enquiries and the professional contact details of organisational representatives are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing the association’s relationships. You may object to processing based on this interest on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Orders, accounts and donations

When a service is available, order and account information is used to manage purchases, delivery, correspondence and records. These activities are based on contract performance and, for mandatory records, legal obligations. Donation information is used to process and follow up on your donation. Card payments are processed by Stripe: our contact fields do not ask for your full card details. Stripe also processes data to secure transactions and meet its own obligations.

New subscriptions are temporarily paused. Existing subscribers can manage their subscription or unsubscribe using the links in emails they have received. MailPoet retains the data needed for these operations and existing consent records. Open and click tracking is disabled; this setting does not delete previously collected data. Recipients and providers

Authorised members of the association access the information needed to follow up on requests. The website and transactional email use Infomaniak; the newsletter uses MailPoet; payments use Stripe and, for the shop, WooCommerce. Depending on the processing, providers and authorities may receive the information needed for their duties. We do not sell your contact list.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision. Safeguards for other transfers depend on the provider and service; you can ask the team for information about transfers and safeguards relevant to your data.

Retention

The association’s policy provides for three years after the last active exchange for contact follow-up, two years after participation for training or event records, and the subscription period for newsletter delivery. Limited evidence of your choice may be retained to respect an unsubscribe request. Records needed for accounting, a legal obligation or the defence of a right are kept separately for the period necessary for that purpose. Inactive accounts, technical logs and backups must be managed according to their security and recovery needs. These statements do not mean that automatic deletion is already performed by the website.

Storage on your device

The learning notebook can save your draft in your browser at your request. It remains accessible to people using the same browser profile. The Cookies and local storage page lets you delete it and describes other storage categories.

Your rights

Under the conditions set by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Where there is reasonable doubt about your identity, we may ask for only the information necessary to verify it. You may complain to the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), Luxembourg’s supervisory authority.
