Booking request terms

A request is not a booking

The form lets you request use of the Äerdschëff room or the Karbikes. Recording or acknowledging a request does not reserve a time slot or constitute acceptance. The team checks availability and replies to clarify the arrangements.

Before you commit

A written proposal must specify the resource, dates, duration, agreed use, responsible people or organisation, any total price, payment arrangements and deposit. It must also state access conditions, included equipment, handover and return arrangements, rules of use and any insurance needed for the resource. You must be able to review these terms before accepting.

Changes, cancellation and withdrawal

To change or withdraw a request, contact team@aerdscheff.lu with its reference. Cancellation terms and any charges for a confirmed booking must be communicated before commitment. This page creates no fixed penalty charge.

The statutory right of withdrawal depends on the service and whether you act as a consumer or professional. The applicable information must be provided before the contract is concluded; this page does not exclude that right across the board.

Use and liability

Follow the agreed use and rules, report incidents promptly and return the resource as agreed. Liability is assessed under the contract and the law; this page provides no general exclusion of the association’s liability.

Form information is used to follow up on your request as described on the Privacy page. Do not send participants’ personal data that is unnecessary at this stage.
