We are delighted to announce that the building Äerdschëff has been selected among the nominees for the Luxembourg Architecture Award 2026, in the category “Building Sustainability”.
This nomination is welcome recognition for a project that has been exploring different ways of building and inhabiting for several years. Inspired by Earthships and adapted to Luxembourg’s context, Äerdschëff combines bioclimatic architecture, reused materials, resource autonomy, low-tech and collective learning.
Beyond the building itself, the nomination also highlights a vision: a more resilient society based on sharing knowledge, civic engagement and ecological transformation.
