Why did we choose the Karbikes?

We chose the Karbikes KOZI to begin our exploratory phase: its availability, assistance when carrying loads or riding on hills, and scope for adaptation and maintenance allow us to test real uses with residents and local services. The manufacturer’s proximity in Strasbourg also makes exchanges easier.

This choice is a starting point, not a conclusion about the best vehicle. MOBILAB compares uses, accessibility, routes, weather and costs across several territories. The findings may lead us to adapt the Karbikes, choose other light vehicles or favour walking, cycling and public transport.
