Geteilte Verantwortung
Why is this important?
Shared or participatory governance allows every group member to participate equally in decision-making, based on principles such as consensus . The goal is to strengthen team cohesion while promoting collaboration and personal commitment.
An experience-based and inclusive training
In this training, you’ll learn how to make collective decisions based on consensus —that is, actively considering objections to improve proposed solutions. You’ll learn how to recognize and balance power dynamics within groups and promote open, non-violent communication . With the help of role-playing exercises and case studies, you’ll apply these principles in practice to create a fairer and more effective work environment.
At the end you will be able to:
-
Making collective decisions by consensus where every voice counts
-
To moderate discussions and make group processes inclusive
-
To recognize and balance power relationships
-
To create a working environment that promotes commitment, cooperation and common goals
