Stand Against Extreme Wattage
“Fewer watts, more meaning!”
Our way of consuming energy has a direct impact on the environment. This training invites you to reflect, understand, and act for a transition toward low-impact and intelligent energy use.
Why is this important?
We are at a time when it is crucial to change how we perceive and use energy.
This training invites you to reflect on an energy shift—adopting new practices that better respect our natural resources and the planet.
It’s not just about consuming less, but about consuming better, in a sustainable way.
During this training, we will discuss the habits that consume the most energy and their consequences for the environment.
But above all, we will look together for solutions to use energy more wisely in everyday life.
Through workshops and concrete examples, you will learn ways of living and working that respect natural resources and are good for the environment.
By the end, you will be able to:
- Understand why adopting sustainable energy practices is important
- Identify responsible actions that allow energy to be used without waste
- Adopt habits that preserve resources while maintaining your quality of life
- Collaborate with others to imagine collective solutions that encourage intelligent and sustainable energy use
